The founding cohort is split 50% on kickoff and 50% on completion. No open-ended retainer, no surprise invoices.
Founding rate, then it rises
€17,500 is the founding cohort rate for the first five clients. After the cohort closes, the system is €22,000 to €30,000.
Why not just quote one price?
Because nobody should commit €17,500 to a studio they met five minutes ago. The ladder lets you see the thinking at the score and audit stages, then commit to the build when it is obvious.
Is the strategic audit worth it on its own?
Yes. It is built to stand alone: a strategist-reviewed read you can hand to your team and act on, whether or not you continue. If you do continue, the fee is credited in full.
What does Brand OS cost after the build?
Brand OS is included with the Performance Brand System and goes live at hand-off. Ongoing pricing after the founding cohort is being set, and is confirmed before anything renews.
How many clients do you take at once?
One. The whole model depends on senior attention, so the build runs one client at a time. That is also why the founding cohort is capped at five.
